It's just a nice atmosphere. I was served the wrong allergy ingredient, and when I said I couldn't eat this, I was told this was the only thing I had. The worst thing that happened was that I waited for an hour and when the food came out, I realized that I couldn't eat it and had to leave. There was no follow-up at all, and the staff's response was too harsh, blaming the customer for the staff's mistake and not apologizing. In the end, it seemed like he just covered up his mistake on the spot without reporting it to the staff above him. In any case, the operation is poor, and despite the high level of formality, I can't hide my surprise as the quality of service is worse than that of a family restaurant.

I made a reservation at the end of the year. I had made a reservation for an annex, but I found out the day before that the food I wanted to eat was not available in the annex. The restaurant staff changed the reserved seats for me. Thanks to you, I had a great time and enjoyed the meal with my family. The best!

Considering that you paid 1,000 yen for admission to see the garden, it's a reasonable price. It's a very nice garden and I'm willing to pay money just to see it. It was cold because it was crowded, but I chose to sit outside, and they let me in right away and placed a seven-wheeled seven-wheeled rice pad at my feet to keep me warm. It's been a good new year's eve.

I thought it was a restaurant specializing in Japanese food, so I ordered some soba, but perhaps because I had high expectations, it wasn't really delicious and I thought, ``What the heck?'' The ornaments, furniture, etc. are of poor taste, and the cashier at the reception desk is inefficient, so I don't want to go there again.
